The meetings are key because those are real people in your area keeping you accountable and being "there" for you in all circumstances, because they are "there" too. I'll tell you from experience t...Good for you! I'll tell you from experience that you can't use food for stress. I joined WW about 6 months before my mom died and it was a lifesaver to me. The best advice I can give you is to take it ONE MEAL/SNACK at a time. If you look too "big picture" it's overwhelming. PLAN PLAN PLAN. Seriously. After all 5 kiddos are asleep, plan your meals and snacks for the next day. GO TO MEETINGS.
